Sunday 3rd October

 

Under 14’s 7 a side

The Under 14’s played there first game at 7 a - side at Southmead Youth Club. After a nervous and slow start which made for an evenly matched contest in the first half. The second half which was a much more controlled affair and we were much more focused. After some great goals and interplay we eventually ran out winners 7-2.   

 

Under 14’s 11 a side

After a second game of 11 a side football against a good Clevedon Town side, we eventually ran out second best. We have a lot to learn over the coming weeks, for such a young and inexperienced team at 11 a side.

 

General

We are still on the lookout for an Under 12’s Manager, but on the good side a massive thank you to all concerned, we have secured potential sponsorship for both teams. Great result.
