Sunday 24/9/06

 Away to Yate Town.

After heavy overnight rain both teams were met with a very pleasant morning which thus presented a pitch of top quality.

The Fry Girls played out a tough and determined first half which though goalless from both sides at half time, the Fry Girls had the better chances and most of the possession.

Yate Town came out with all guns a blazing for the first 10mins of the second half and just as it seem the Fry club girls had weathered the storm and started to create chances of there own, a cruel deflection put Yate Town in front by means of an own goal. That turned the game as heads dropped and whilst the Fry Girls created several great opportunities to score them selves, they conceded two further goals to lose an undeserved 3.0.

Once again for her non stop work rate  Emma was player of the Match.
