Match Report by Jason Seeley

1ST half

Early run by Eli forces keeper into early save Eli looking sharp today. 5mins gone and a great pick up and threaded pass by Eli and a cool clinical finish by Ryan 1-0 to Fry’s. Strong running by our midfield is causing Boco lots of problems. 2-0 after 12mins slide rule pass by Lewis and Eli collects and let’s flies with a thunderbolt to get his first of the game.  Boco still look dangerous on the break and blast a shot just over the crossbar with only Brandon to beat. Harry Clark is on fire back in the ‘A’ team with some great runs and fine crosses into the box and some great tackles first half finishes 2-0 to Fry’s.

2nd half

We start the half with a few scary moments in our box but Brandon deals with them and shows his awareness to bring others into the game. Free kick by Jacob is well saved by the keeper; the game has a little quiet spell allowing me to catch up with writing. 3-0 to Fry’s after a great pick up and far post cross by George and Eli ghost’s into score his second of the game at the far post. We are still in control searching for the fourth goal but we just can’t find it. Eli goes in search of his hat trick but slides the ball just wide after a great run. Game finishes 3-0 to Fry’s well played both sides.

MAN OF MATCH; JACOB MOORE For a great display of tackling and the way he used the ball once he won it.
