Over time, We as a Club have been mentioned in the papers. See below for a selection.

In 1970 Keynsham Wanderers were still a fledgling Club, and the local press highlighted our progression.
   
In 1971 our U11's played a Good Friday benefit match against Fishponds Athletic.  here is the team.
   
The Game was arranged by members of the Wingrove Hotel to raise valuable funds for our emerging Club.
   
The match itself was reported on in the papers, and was supported by the recently elected "Miss Keynsham", Linda Goddard.

On the 9th April 1976 Keynsham Leisure Centre was officially opened by the England Football Team Manager, Don Revie.  Keynsham Wanderers were there to receive a football and play an inauguration match.

In 1976 our U11's competed in the final of the Brian Davis Cup, beating Keynsham Cubs, and receiving the Cup from Jim Buckee, the original Fry Club Manager who had given us two pitches back when we  first grew from one team to two.
   
In 1976 Kyle Nethercott bagged a brace in the local match between Keynsham Wanderers and Whitchurch, helping to seal a revenge win.
   
In the July 1977 edition of the official Factory Newspaper, our Club were the feature story, as the early years of our history were recalled, along with looking at our bright future.
   
In 1982 we won the Bristol Federation of Boy's Clubs League and were pictured in the press.

During the 1988-89 season, our U15's won the Bristol Junior League title and were featured in the local press.

On the 2nd July 1997, the Guest of Honour at our Club Presentation was ex-Bristol Rovers player, Geoff Twentyman.  A few of the winners were named in the Evening Post, along with a photograph of that year's Mark Pearson award winner receiving his award.
 
As part of the Millenium Celebrations, we redecorated the Lodge changing rooms and they became the designated Sunday Youth changing rooms.
