Mitchell re-signed for Stratford for the 2020/21 season however had been injured in preseason whilst on trial at a National League North team.  Stratford announced the signing on their website at the end of August.

Because of his injury, Mitchell made a belated debut, coming on for the final 20 minutes of the second League match when the team were 4-0 down, assisting one Stratford goal and having a hand in another to make it a more respectable 4-2 defeat!

Unfortunately Covid-19 curtailed this season early as well and all divisions below the top 4 were cancelled.
