Meet a Premiership football referee - Steve Tanner

Thursday 13 March , Broadlands School

An evening in the company of a Premiership football referee at 7.30pm in Broadlands School.

A former pupil of Broadlands School, Steve Tanner, is one of the youngest Premiership referees in the country and he also very kindly presented at our Annual Awards evening in 2006. He will be bringing along video clips of matches for you to make your own decisions (red and yellow cards will be handed out!), describing the highs and lows of being a Premiership referee, and answering your questions. I think I might ask him about the Middlesborough v Mansfield Cup Game and that Robert Huth challange!

This event is part of the More to Life 08 Sport theme for the month of March.
