Ben Watt - Bodybuilding & Fitness

Ben joined Frys in 2003 playing up an age for his Team.  He then moved the Juniors team as an U10 before joining the Colts team as an U15, and as an U16 Ben won his Les Stroud 10 Year Loyalty Award. Ben won the Miami Pro Fitness Model Teen Category at the Alban Arena in St Albans on October 25th 2015, and is looking to make more of this opportunity. Miami Pro Championships is a fitness modelling & bodybuilding federation that helps promote athletes & models to get recognised in the fitness industry.  Ben then won the Junior Men's Physique catagory for the South Coast in Portsmouth on Sunday 24th April 2016.
